Summer Marketing Internship

Kanstrukt Group, a high-end residential renovation and custom home building company in Central New Jersey, is launching a selective summer internship for students or recent grads in marketing, communications, journalism, or related fields.
We’re known for our 5-star renovations, creative problem-solving, and white-glove client experience. Now we’re looking for ambitious interns to help us elevate how we tell our story, engage our audience, and shape the future of home design and customer experience.

Project Tracks – Choose Your Strategic Focus
We’re offering two ambitious project paths. You can express a preference or be matched based on interest and skills.
Track 1: The Future of Home Living
Research + Thought Leadership Campaign
- Conduct interviews and surveys with homeowners, designers, and realtors
- Identify emerging trends in how people want to live, work, and gather at home
- Publish a compelling research-driven insights report + content campaign
Track 2: Client Experience Mapping & Video Series
Human-Centered Marketing + Journey Design
- Interview past clients and team members
- Map the full renovation journey and identify key touchpoints
- Create engaging behind-the-scenes content to highlight the Kanstrukt experience
Responsibilities May Include:
- Market research and data analysis
- Story development and content creation (blog, video, email, social)
- Interviewing clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborating with leadership on creative direction and messaging
- Helping distribute content across digital channels
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field
- Strong writing and/or research skills
- Interest in content strategy, human-centered storytelling, and creative marketing
- Familiarity with digital media tools and platforms (Canva, Google Suite, Instagram, etc.)
- A self-starter who’s curious, strategic, and eager to learn
Internship Details:
- Timeline: ~8–10 weeks (June through August, flexible)
- Hours: ~10–20 hours/week
- Location: Remote with flexible in-person days near Central NJ
- Compensation: Unpaid, but academic credit available and portfolio-building guaranteed
