Area of Work: 95% Central Jersey area

Rate: $25 - $28

Hours Worked: 40hrs/week

Vacation: Standard Vacation (1 week paid)

We're seeking an experienced, reliable construction laborer to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling

• Support carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople

• Drive company vehicle to pick up and deliver materials to client sites across Central New Jersey

• Load and unload construction materials and equipment

• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

• Assist with demolition, digging, framing, and general construction tasks

• Transport materials to various locations on job sites

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of related construction experience

• Pass criminal background check

• Valid driver's license & clean driving abstract (required)

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

• Strong understanding of construction safety practices and guidelines
